Who are Rosebud Accountancy Ltd?
Rosebud Accountancy Ltd was founded in 2024, by Eloise Wright. Eloise was formerly a sole practitioner, trading as Rosebud Bookkeeping.
After approximately 9 years of working in both accountancy practices and the accounts department, Eloise discovered that professional industries don’t always hold the necessary knowledge and experience to be able to accommodate less-abled staff. As an individual with occasional mobility issues herself, Eloise decided that it was time for change.
She founded Rosebud Bookkeeping in 2023, which proved to every client that high standards can be achieved remotely. The business started to grow consistently, so Eloise made the decision to move Rosebud Bookkeeping to Rosebud Accountancy Ltd.
With meticulous attention to detail and a determination to continuously improve processes, Eloise has built the business to give a huge amount of respect and consideration to client feedback. Processes are adapted for each client, to ensure that accuracy and compliance are paramount, whilst clients receive the information they want to see, in a format they need.
Eloise is constantly looking for new learning angles and new ways to improve her own knowledge, too. Compliance without complacency is a fundamental ethic within Rosebud Accountancy Ltd as a result.

Rosebud Accountancy Ltd offers a comprehensive range of accounting services to help businesses of all sizes and industries. Our services include tax preparation, financial consulting, accounts preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll management. However, we can also offer some administrative services to help you run your business. These are offered on a client-by-client basis, depending on the level of service needed. Alternatively, we will happily work closely with any other third party professionals you choose to engage with
What tax areas do you cover?
We cover a variety of UK tax services. However, we do not work with international tax or complex inheritance tax at this stage.
I’m not very good with technology – Will that affect things?
Not at all. We will always do our very best to work with you, to find a process that works for you. With Making Tax Digital (MTD) requiring records to be electronic, we will ensure you are compliant and provide as much or as little guidance as you need along the way. All you need to do is be open with us about what you need assistance with!

I am not local to you, how does that affect your service?
To put it simply, it doesn’t affect it at all!
The only difference in the service would be that face-to-face meetings will be less frequent. This does not mean they will not be possible, just less frequent.
Rosebud Accountancy Ltd is fully equipped to operate entirely remotely. With a variety of different electronic file transfer methods available, there is no need for a paper file hand-over at all. However, if you would prefer to send your paperwork to us, we can arrange collection of your paperwork and return it when the work is complete (although most of our non-local clients prefer the electronic methods).
